By making a purchase on loodstead.com, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.

1. About us

Loodstead is a small-batch audio sample label selling digital sample packs, stems, and synth presets, based in Marvila, Lisbon, Portugal. Contact: info@loodstead.com

2. Products and pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of IVA (Portuguese VAT) where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error has occurred, in which case a full refund is issued.

All products are digital audio files delivered via download link. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. We accept all major debit and credit cards. No card details are stored on our servers.

4. Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. After a successful payment you receive an email containing a download link. Downloads are available immediately. See our Delivery page for full details.

5. Licence

When you purchase a Loodstead pack, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free commercial licence to use the audio files in your own musical productions. You may:

• Use the samples in unlimited commercial releases, streams, films and games
• Use the samples for clients and in work-for-hire productions
• Use the samples in live performances and syncs

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell or sublicense the raw sample files
• Share download links or files with anyone else
• Include unmodified files in another sample pack, instrument or sound library for sale
• Claim authorship of the samples themselves

6. Refunds

Full details are in our Refund Policy. Summary: 30 days, no questions asked.

7. Your consumer rights

As an EU consumer, you have rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Portuguese consumer law (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014). Nothing in these terms restricts those statutory rights. Digital products are subject to the licence terms in Section 5, and you acknowledge that digital goods cannot be returned in the traditional sense once downloaded.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) you ordered. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including audio files, images, copy and branding, belongs to Loodstead. The licence granted upon purchase is limited to Section 5.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, or, for EU-based consumers, via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available here with a revised date.
